An outstanding effort from Islah Kerr-Aim (Manuka), Kaylee Mudgway (Kahikatea) and Theo Wright (Rata House) who teamed up on Sunday the 2nd of December to win the "Mixed Team Sprint Division" at the Tinman Triathlon. As they are only 13 they were not allowed to enter the Standard Division but had to race against all adult teams (no age group races for teams). Theo got a puncture 1km out from the finish and had to run the last part of his cycle ... and they still won! The distances covered were 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5.5km run.
